Namaste, Hello, Namaskaram!
Shaped by my story, I aim to enable those who wish to be empowered by their narratives.
A Service Designer by profession and storyteller at heart, I come from a background of design, having played User Experience Consultant and Project Managerial roles across sectors and industries in her previous professional experience. I have conducted multiple design thinking workshops, worked with multidisciplinary teams across borders and has also been an ambassador for Design For Change, India.
All my life, I've been fascinated with the stories of people, of places and of moments. I am proud of my heritage and it informs my design process and makes me unique, with a power to inform any narrative that I am part of. I believe that the people and systems that I design for hold unique positions to enrich systems due to the power of their lived experiences. They hold the true power to make a change. I am always exploring ways to empower people to have a voice and create their change. As a service designer, I see the potential for optimisation, connections, and systemic and human interactions everywhere she goes.
I believes in empowering from within, and this systemic symbiosis has fuelled my passion for organisational design that enables community-led innovation.
My design process is cyclical and follows different versions of the double diamond process. It is very collaborative and co-creation is a big part of my work.
However, I'm always curious to learn new methods and adapt it to the context.

Illustration and doodling are my meditation. An ideal day would be spent under a shady tree drawing whatever I see in front of me.

Also recently bought 3 kg of mushrooms by mistake and gave them away as party favours.
